Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze internationale gasten én collega’s in Italië. Je zorgt dat reserveringen van A tot Z vlekkeloos verlopen, houdt samen met je team de website scherp en denkt actief mee over hoe we ons product nóg beter kunnen maken.
Je onderhoudt contact met de collega’s op de campings in Italië en ondersteunt waar nodig. Daarnaast werk je samen met onze marketingcollega’s om de kwaliteit van Gustocamp te bewaken. En natuurlijk bezoek je onze campings in Italië tijdens een inspirerende studiereis.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je hebt affiniteit met Italië en/of luxe familiecampings
Je spreekt en schrijft goed Duits en Engels (must!)
Je bent sociaal vaardig en voelt je prettig in een klein team
Je hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit en houdt van aanpakken
Je bent bereid om op studiereis naar Italië te gaan
Af en toe een nooddienst in het weekend (vanuit huis) schrikt je niet af

Wat bieden wij jou?

Een leuke baan van 32 tot 40 uur per week (waarbij 1 dag thuiswerken mogelijk is)

What do we expect from you?

As a courier you have many different tasks. For example:
Ensure the quality of our luxury accommodations
To be the organisation's business card (representative appearance)
Always be hospitable and service-oriented towards our guests
Handle Problem-solving
Good communication with the Italian and Dutch offices
Flexibility - both towards guests and colleagues.
A day without laughter is a day not lived!

What can you expect from us?

Working for a small organisation with short and fast lines of communication
Weekly visit from Support team and 24-hour accessibility in case of emergency
A Dutch contract/employment
A monthly remuneration depending on the number of units to be managed
Travel expenses are reimbursed, commissions and bonus scheme an extra
A fully equipped mobile home with air conditioning and covered terrace
For communication, a tablet with internet and mobile phone
Complete Uniform and at least 2 good bikes
Training at the beginning and good support during the season
Nice guests and great chances of a wonderful SUNNY season!

Guest representative on site (also seniors over 50)

The courier role is customer service orientated which includes providing a professional and friendly welcome, clean and functional accommodation, problem solving and providing information about the local area.
Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills, flexibility and independence. Fluent English and basic German are also essential.
